FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Remote - Full Time Position
We are on the lookout for a spirited and dedicated Franchise Development Specialist who possesses the knack to navigate the complexities of franchise business development. This position will play a pivotal role in spearheading the sale of franchises on behalf of our diverse client base spanning across Canada and the United States.
2+ years of franchise business development, B2B sales, or business development in a fast paced environment.
Fluent in English.
Demonstrated experience in franchise development or sales roles.
Posseses a "hunter-like" mindset when it comes to sales.
In-depth understanding of the Canadian Franchise landscape.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics. Hubspot experience is an asset, but not required.
High energy, positive, and driven by the opportunity to be part of significant growth.
This is an Independent Contractor position. Our competitive compensation includes the combination of a modest base + lucrative commissions with no limits.
Franchise Sales and Recruitment:
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential franchisees across Canada and the US. We find the perfect franchise fit for candiates and our clients.
Conduct tailored interviews and franchise presentations for each franchisor, ensuring the unique ethos and operational standards of each client are effectively conveyed.
Understand the differentiators between each franchisor to effectively match potential franchisees with the best-suited opportunity.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise inquiries for assigned brand accounts.
Coordinate closely with each franchisor client to ensure alignment in messaging, value proposition, and franchisee requirements.
Facilitate communication between potential franchisees, franchisor clients, and the East Brands' team, acting as a bridge to ensure clarity and understanding.
Continuously monitor and analyze the Canadian franchise market to determine evolving trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Use insights to recommend adjustments in franchise selling strategies tailored to each franchisor client's unique selling points.
Customized Marketing Efforts:
Collaborate with marketing team to craft specific promotional materials and campaigns for each assigned franchise brand.
Sales Funnel Management:
Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales process using CRM tools.
Regularly update and maintain a database of potential franchisees, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation based on franchisor preferences and suitability.
Gather feedback post-engagement from franchisees and franchisors to refine selling strategies and optimize processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and franchise regulations, applying new knowledge to improve and evolve the sales approach.
